The last two years, Chatfield and Dover-Eyota wrestling had been feuding. Included was the Eagles nipping the Gophers 33-30 for the 2022 1A wrestling title in a bout decided at heavy-weight. Boys Basketball: Caledonia and PEM Again Go Three OT’s
The last time they battled, Caledonia beat PEM 72-61 in three overtimes in the 2022 1AA title game. The teams hooked up in Plainview for their first meeting since. It again took three overtimes. Lanesboro boys basketball ran off a three-win week. The Burros jumped out 21-6 on Rushford-Peterson and led the duration. The closest R-P got from there was 24-19. Lanesboro got the 63-43 win.
