LFCMC wrestler Vivienne Hoeltzle, of Canton, made the USA Wrestling National Minnesota Team and competed in Fargo, N. Dak., in July. She won her first match, wrestled the #1 seed in her bracket of 91 girls, and tied a match (which was awarded to her opponent due to Freestyle rules that awards ties to the competitor who scored the last point). Vivenne was pleased to compete at this elite level of girls wrestling, and was glad to work with the coach of the Augsburg College team, who served as one of the coaches of the Minnesota National Team.
