Sports have certain interesting records. For instance, Plainview-Elgin-Millville entered the 2022 TRC track and field meet having won the last nine such events on both the girls and boys sides. Caledonia’s baseball and softball teams combined for a 6-1 week. Chad Augedahl’s softball beat Lewiston-Altura twice and Rushford-Peterson once. The Cardinals first fell 14-9. It was a big week again for Chatfield baseball. The Gophers lost their first game, but went 4-1 with three big TRC victories.
