Baseball: Falcons Roll With State Ranking

When was the last time Fillmore Central/Lanesboro baseball was state ranked? It has been a while (if ever). The 2023 Falcons continued their strong season with three more TRC wins, running their win streak to four. At PEM, FC/L had a four run sixth to annul a 1-0 deficit. Houston School referendum resolution reviewed

The Houston School Board took a close look at the proposed building referendum at their May 4 meeting. Andy Fields of SiteLogiQ summarized the two questions that are being planned for the referendum. Summer street repairs effect on Lanesboro School

Gophers Baseball Notches Wins Over “Runners Up”

Chatfield baseball had a good week, posting two wins over teams that were section runners-up last season. In a rematch of last year’s 1AA-East title game, the Gophers trailed PEM 4-0 after the Bulldogs’ second inning only for Chatfield to have a seven-run sixth to lead 10-4.
