Canton City Council reviews needed water rate increase

The Canton City Council once again discussed the need to increase water rates within the city of Canton at its october 13 meeting. As the end of the year draws near, Peterson is working to finalize its 2022 budget and tax levy. “I pretty much have it complete. Houston buys a new pumper

After conducting a public hearing on financing a new pumper truck for the Houston Fire Department, the Houston City Council approved the purchase of the truck at their regular meeting October 12. The truck that will be replaced was 27 years old; in recent years the department had had to spend as much as $12,000 to $13,000 on repairs for the old truck. Rushford approves refinance

Houston modifies health and safety measures
