Cal/SG Girls Pull Monday Tuesday Wins

It has been a rough start to the spring campaign, weather-wise. The first full week of the season was more than half wiped away by inclement weather, but Caledonia/Spring Grove softball was able to get two games in on Monday and Tuesday. Spring Grove baseball (2-0, 2-0) rallied from 5-0 and 6-3 deficits to thwart pre-season #9-ranked Lyle/Pacelli by a 7-6 score. Alan Lochner of Spring Grove was named a 2022 Assistant Coach of the Year by the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association. The veteran mentor was one of only 10 statewide to receive the honor and the only one coaching Class A.
