Mabel-Canton School Board members regretfully accepted the resignation of Daryl Melbostad, building maintenance supervisor, at the March 21 regular school board meeting. Spring Grove (8-0, 13-1) was the area 9-Man headliner, as the Lions made it all the way to the state championship game.
