Hurricanes Notch Notable Early Win Over Schaeffer Academy Schaeffer Academy entered the contest riding high after beating usual SEC-East top dog Spring Grove. Chatfield’s Alden Pearson has the leg of Kasson-Mantorville’s Broc Vaughn in the combatants 145-pound bout. Pearson’s 5-0 decision win was one of eight victories for the Class A #1 Gophers in their 39-15 win over the Class AA #1-ranked KoMets.
