Chatfield’s Alden Pearson has the leg of Kasson-Mantorville’s Broc Vaughn in the combatants 145-pound bout. Pearson’s 5-0 decision win was one of eight victories for the Class A #1 Gophers in their 39-15 win over the Class AA #1-ranked KoMets.

Class A #1-ranked Chatfield wrestling got its season going strong by winning the mostly Class AA and AAA, 11-school Lakeville-North Tourney. Individual champs for the Gophers were Jameson Priebe (107), Logan Pearson (114), Javier Berg (127), Carson Rowland (160), and Ayden Miner (172).
