L-O’s boys (4-2, 7-3) beat Schaeffer 59-41 for their fifth straight, but fell 81-56 to West leader L/P (5-0, 9-2). John Prestemon had a triple-double (11 pts, 11 rebs, 10 asts), Stephan Schultz 23 points, as Lanesboro beat G-E 89-46. Cayden Tollefsrud hit six threes and scored 30 as M-C beat Postville 70-43. M-C’s girls came back from down 14 in the second half to beat Postville 46-42 in OT. Peyton Berg had 24 points as Chatfield’s girls (4-2, 11-4) got Brian Baum his 400th career win, beating R-P 76-57. Sydney Torgerson scored 23 points, as Houston beat Southland 55-31. Kaci Ruen had 24 points, as Lanesboro won its 10th, over L/P 67-49. Abby Bothun had 21 as FC’s girls beat Southland 68-40.
