Preston Approves CUP for Solar Array

Preston Dairy and Farm Association applied for a conditional use permit for a 68.1 kw ground mounted solar system at 27743 State Hwy 16 on its 6.1-acre lot. Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation Awards $200,000 in Small Town Grants
