Alyce Westphal, 90, of Rochester, Minn., passed away July 18, 2024. Alyce was born May 1, 1934, in Preston, Minn., to Elmer and Violet Krieger.
She graduated from Wykoff HS and was married to James Westphal on June 9, 1952. She and Jim settled in Spring Valley, Minn., and raised their four children.
Alyce enjoyed raising and showing dogs, traveling, and spending time with family.
She is survived by a brother, Danny Joe Krieger, daughter Teddie (Paul) Minchinton, son Mike (Rita), daughter Kris (Dave) Bassi, and daughter Amy (Sam) Meyer; seven grandchildren: Seth (Natalie) Eskew, Sean Eskew, Hilary (Sam) Taylor, Jesse Renaux, Jeremie Meyer, and Samantha (Ben) Morris; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, six siblings and her husband Jim.
A graveside service for family will be held at Frankfort Cemetary in Spring Valley.
