December 4 - Average retail gasoline prices in Minnesota have fallen 2.6 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.41/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,856 gas outlets in Minnesota. City Administrator Joe Hoffman presented details of the preliminary 2018 budget/levy during the Truth in Taxation portion of the December 4 city council meeting.
