Rochester, MN • 3.31.20 – Zumbro Valley Health Center remains committed to supporting our clients, staff, providers, and community as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. It is normal for people to experience feelings of fear, anxiety, stress, isolation, or depression – these are normal reactions to an abnormal situation. Our caring staff is proud to offer appointments through telehealth phone or virtually through video calls.
“I am currently a client of Zumbro Valley Health Center. I had the Skype app but wanted to do a practice run before my scheduled therapy appointment,” says a current Zumbro Valley Health Center client. “I called Zumbro Valley Health Center, and a friendly staff member was able to do a practice run with me before my scheduled therapy appointment. I am so relieved that I could do this and receive all the support I needed.”
Our caring staff is available to connect with new and current clients to offer support. We encourage the southeast Minnesota community to stay mindful of their mental health during this time. By embracing good mental-health and well-being measures, and by relying on others when necessary, we can protect ourselves and those around us. Please call Zumbro Valley Health Center at 507-289-2089 or visit us at zvhc.org for more information.
