Denstad (145), Blocker (152), and Burns (114) won by fall, Braxton Lange (133) by 12-2 major decision, Tanner Ginther (139) by 5-2 decision); 8th Place Bracket > Loyola-Academy, IL 36, Cal/Hou 38 (With the dual starting at 139-pounds, the Warriors won the first five weights for a 26-0 lead. But Loyola then won six of seven. A pin at 127 gave Loyola a 36-32 lead, their only lead of the dual. Cal/Hou’s Braxton Lange (133) won the dual with a pin in the final match. Denstad (145), Blocker (152), and Will Allen (160) also had pins. Mason VanGundy (114) won by forfeit. Ginther (139) won a 14-0 major, Cooper Allen (172) an 11-3 major); 8th Place Bracket > Park Hill MO, 36, Cal/Hou 32 (With matches starting at 145, Cal/Hou won the first three for a 14-0 lead, but Park Hill then won seven of the next eight matches for an insurmountable 36-20 lead. Blocker (152), Aden Kulas (215), and Lange (133) won by fall, Ginther (139) by forfeit, Denstad (145) by 17-2 tech fall, and W-Allen (160) by 9-4 decision); 8th Place Bracket > Northfield 38, Cal/Hou 28 (With wrestling starting at 152, Cal/Hou won the first two for a 11-0 lead, but the Raiders won seven of eight from 172 through 127 to lead insurmountably 39-14. Northfield was deducted a point for unsportsmanlike conduct. W-Allen (160) and Lange (133) won by fall, Blocker (152 > 18-2) and Denstad (145 > 25-10) by tech fall, and Burns (114 > 1-0) and Ginther (139 > 10-9 in SV-1) by decision. Warriors > 1-3, 8-15)
