Wisconsin Dells Tourney (GMLOS’ boys (120.5) took fifth of 15. Cedar Grove-Belgium (216) took first over St. Charles (138.5). Calum Sween (165 > won 23-6 tech fall, 12-9 decision in SV-1, and 18-2 tech fall) took first, Cael Smith (138 > won 16-1 tech fall, won fall, lost fall) second, Chase Vall Hill (120 > won fall, lost fall, won fall) and Drake Payne (215 > won fall, lost fall, won fall) third. GMLOS’ girls (150) took first over SC (140). Pine Island Tourney (FCLMC (73) took eighth of 12 with the Panthers (237) topping Lakeville-North (157.5) for first. Only seven Wolves competed. Kane Larson (189 > won 17-2, 19-4, and 17-2 tech falls) took first including surpassing 200 career wins. He is 32-1 on the year. Ben Norby (121 > won 24-8 tech fall, lost 17-2 tech fall, won 12-1 major won fall) and Quinci Kaase (172 > won 20-4 tech fall, lost fall, won 23-5 tech fall, won 4-2 decision) took third)
Eau Claire Girls Tourney (LARP (33) took 23rd and FCLMC (32) 24th of 32 team. Merrill, Wis., (157) topped Apple Valley (156) and Forest Lake (156) for first. FCLMC and LARP competed but did not have a top three A-bracket finisher.)
