Members Present via Computer:
Eric Johnson, Teresa Walter, Jack Miller, Robert Burns, and Greg Myhre
Call to order: 9:10 am
Presiding: Chairman Johnson
Call to order. Pledge of Allegiance.
Walter moved, Burns seconded, unanimously carried to approve the agenda.
Public Comment: None
Burns moved, Walter seconded, unanimously carried to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of the following items:
1)File No. 1 – Approve payment of the License Center and Human Services disbursements and the following claims
County Revenue Fund $53,951.08
Road & Bridge Fund $571,290.40
Total $625,241.48
2)File No. 2 – Affirm the following personnel actions:
1.Auditor/Treasurer
1.Hire Nicole Konkel as a probationary Deputy Auditor/Treasurer – License Center, B22, Step 1, effective August 19, 2020, conditioned upon successful completion of a background check.
2.Accept the resignation of Larissa Erickson effective August 18, 2020.

There being no further business and the time being 9:20 a.m., motion was made by Walter, seconded by Myhre, unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting. The next advertised meeting being a Board Workgroup Session on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
