Louise A. Hahn, age 81, of Spring Valley, Minn., died on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at her home.
Louise Alice Viktora was born on February 24, 1939, to James and Minnie Viktora. She was united in marriage to Darrell Hahn on May 7, 1955, in Fillmore, Minn. They lived their entire married life in the Wykoff area. Louise loved to clean and made her living as a housekeeper. She loved spending time with her family, going to church, working out, and doing crossword puzzles. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Spring Valley. Louise was an honest, hardworking woman who was always willing to help anybody out and give them the shirt off of her back. She will be deeply missed.
Louise is survived by two daughters, Karen (Kevin Olson) Schwartz of Elgin and Kristi (Craig) Burch of Spring Valley, three sons: Ronald Hahn of LeRoy, Rodney (Heather) Hahn of Spring Valley, and Robert Hahn of Spring Valley; Tony Hare of Grand Meadow, who was just like family to Louise; brothers Gene, Melvin, and Donnie; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Darrell in 1981, special friend Milton “Mody” Thompson, sons Randy Hahn and Richard Hahn Sr., grandsons Jamie Allen Schwartz and Richard Hahn Jr., sisters Rosella, Lillian, and Gladys; and brothers Wesley, Kenneth, and David.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Spring Valley, with Father Marreddy Pothireddy officiating. Burial will take place in Spring Valley Cemetery.
