Ranked football teams rolled. Carson Rowland accounted for four total TDs (three rushing, one passing) as #3 in AA Chatfield whipped La Crescent/Hokah 52-8. Ethan Stendel accounted for four TDs (two rushing, two passing) as #5 Caledonia posted its fourth shut-out, blanking St. Charles 28-0. Chatfield (5-0, 6-0) leads the Southeast-White over Caledonia (4-1, 5-1) and #9 Cannon Falls (3-1, 5-1). Camden Hungerholt ran for 271 yards and 4 TDs while passing for 141 yards and two more scores as nine-man #6 L-O/L/P topped Southland 55-13. The Cardinals (5-0, 6-0) co-lead the South-East with #7 SG (5-0, 6-0). Elsewhere, Houston (2-3, 3-3) rolled Nicollet 68-28, as Lee Klunder ran for four scores and Maddox Rodriguez (129 yards) two more. FC volleyball won its two TRC matches, sweeping L-A and W-K. Liv Myhre had 22 kills, Sienna Augedahl 21 kills, Aubrie Klug 25 digs, and Avery Augedahl 41 assists, but #4 in AA Caledonia fell 3-2 in five sets at AAA #4 Byron. Myhre then had 25 kills, Augedahl 38 assists, as the Warriors swept Z-M 3-0. FC (6-2, 10-11) narrowly leads Caledonia (5-2, 15-5), Cotter (5-2, 12-3), and D-E (5-2, 9-7) for second in the TRC behind Chatfield (8-0, 21-4). Emily Botcher had 25 kills, Olivia Yohe 31 assists, and Cadence Koehler 21 digs as Houston beat L-O 3-1 for the ‘Canes’ best win. Meah Stevens had 32 assists for the Cards. Addison Drinkall had 23 digs each as R-P topped Houston and PEM. Lexi Kivimagi won her second race of the year at Chatfield’s home cross country meet.
