Eli King scored 40 points including 16 straight in the second half as #1 Caledonia held off a late rally to beat La Crescent 71-64.  The Warriors (12-0, 24-1) are 1AA’s 1-seed, get a Round of 16 bye, will play either Triton (8-seed, 15-11) or Rochester-Lourdes (9-seed, 9-17).  Roman Warmka scored 35 points on near perfect shooting (13-14 FGs, 4-4 FTs) as GM beat M-C 70-56.  Cayden Tollefsrud had 32 points in defeat.  Cole Johnson had 21 (pts) and 10 (asts) as Chatfield beat St. Charles 72-34.  Justin Ruberg scored 22 points as R-P beat Cotter 47-21, notching their 20th win and running their win streak to 10.  The Trojans (10-3, 20-4) are 1A’s 2-seed, will host either Schaeffer Academy (15-seed, 10-16) or Houston (18-seed, 1-24).  Walker Erdman went for 24 (pts) and 14 (rebs) to lead Kingsland over Lanesboro 64-54, the Knights’ fifth straight win. Erdman then went for 31 (pts) and 14 (rebs), but the Knights fell to Southland 64-60.   Tanner Olson scored 24 points as L-O beat Houston 64-29.  Taylor Glynn scored 22 points as GM beat G-E 70-37.  Alexis Schroeder scored 20 points, but Caledonia’s girls fell to Fairmont 74-70 in OT.  Sam Volkart scored 24 points, but L-O lost a play-in play-off game to USC 54-49.
