Carson Harstad scored 28 points as Chatfield beat W-K 65-55, and 36 points in a 77-67 loss to Lanesboro. Five Burros made double figures in said game, as Lanesboro won the second half 50-35. Lyric Stadtler scored 22 points as Spring Grove beat LeRoy-Ostrander 81-51. Cardinal Reid Hungerholt had 27 points in defeat. Emery Bartel scored 26 points as the Lions beat Houston 62-36. Carter Glynn (16 pts, 14 rebs) and Logan Grafe (13 pts, 15 rebs) each had big double-doubles as GM beat Kingsland 72-38. Glynn also had double-doubles in an 84-36 loss to R-P (13 pts, 10 rebs), a 78-56 win over Medford (16 pts, 14 rebs). Rushford-Peterson hit 16 of 34 threes (47%) in the win over the Larks. Clayton Schoepski and Bridon Bahl each scored 20 points at Fillmore Central topped Schaeffer 79-72. Bahl also scored 22 in a 77-72 loss at Kenyon-Wanamingo. Isaac Underbakke went for 23 (pts) and 12 (rebs) as M-C topped Schaeffer 58-50. Aubry Boldt scored 23 points including topping 1,000 for her career as Houston’s girls topped L-O 61-35. Hailee Warren went for 24 (pts) and 13 (rebs) as Kingsland’s girls topped GM 53-47. Naomi Warmka had 20 points in defeat. Jensyn Storhoff went for 22 (pts), 8 (rebs), and 8 (stls) but Lanesboro fell to Southland 69-40. Chatfield wrestling took second at the Lakeville North Tourney with Joey Cady (107) and Logan Pearson (127) winning titles. The gals also wrestled with Gophers Melody Ward (100), Maizee Priebe (112), Bryn Goetzinger (118), Brynn Horsman (124), Makynli Ostby (130), Elle Eickhoff (142), and Eve Goetzinger (155) taking first. Eickhoff and Goetzinger each did so with four pins. GMLOS guys wrestlers Cael Smith (145) and Drake Payne (215/285) each went 7-0 on the week across seven dual meets. Each had six pins. FCLMC’s #1-ranked Kane Larson went 8-0 on the week (five forfeits).
