GMLO Bulldogs

April 8, 2024 by Paul Trende

Head Coach: Craig Knight

Where We Left Off in 2023: GMLO’s boys went 2-8 in the SEC and overall while the girls were incomplete. The guys tied for third at the SEC Meet. Gal Gabby Tangren notably took sixth place. The guys took seventh at the 1A Meet. The girls were incomplete all year.

Outlook: GMLO had just one All-SEC pick last year in Gabby Tangren (freshman) and she returns after taking 6th (SEC) and 18th (1A). Lacy Fredericksen (freshman) is also back. She was All-SEC in 2022 and took 11th at the SEC Meet last year. The Bulldog gals have four golfers this year after just the two last year. The guys return two SEC Meet top 20 finishers in 8th grader Lincoln Lunning (11th-place-tie) and junior Nathan Fretty (13th-place-tie). Aaron Mork (senior) and Tyler Reid (senior) give GMLO four returning boys of a 11-man roster.

Filed Under: Grand Meadow Superlarks, LeRoy-Ostrander Cardinals
