Gary Juday, age 59, of Spring Valley, Minn., died Monday May 6, 2019, at the Chosen Valley Care Center in Chatfield, Minn. He was born January 8, 1960, in Minneapolis, Minn. His parents are Leonard and Elaine (Kunz) Juday. Gary graduated from Cambridge High School and later owned and operated a Tree Service in Cambridge. After moving to Spring Valley, Minn., he owned and operated Juday Tree Service for a number of years before being injured and becoming a quadriplegic in 1983. Gary loved to go fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. He enjoyed riding and caring for horses and enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. Gary was a very intelligent person who loved being around people and children, especially his grandson Ike Atwood.
Gary is survived by his mother Elaine Juday of Spring Valley, Minn.; a daughter, Erin (Jason) Mrozek of San Diego, Calif.; a son, Sonny R. Juday of Spring Valley, Minn.; one grandson, Isaac Atwood; and a brother, Larry Juday. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Juday.
