She grew up on the family farm in Lanesboro and was the oldest of three girls (twin sisters Vienna and Vivian).

She loved her cats and loved feeding the birds, especially her hummingbirds and the many other animals she raised and nurtured. Throughout her life she also loved to camp, bike, play darts (especially with Charlie), pool league, play slots at the casinos and many other games. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and all her family. She loved to cook family meals and bake for everyone and play games with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Evie graduated from Lanesboro High School in 1951. She was united in marriage to Everett Ardell Williams on May 6, 1953. They moved to Fort Carson, Colo., and then back to Minnesota and started their business K-9 Kennels in 1960 in Rochester. After Everett’s death in 1983 she continued to live in Rochester until she married Charlie Larson in 1988 and moved back to Lanesboro.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Everett and Charlie, siblings Vienna and Vivian and special friend Dewey Hungerholt.
