Douglas “Melvin” Miland, 98, of Spring Valley, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at VFW Post 4114 in Spring Valley, Minn.
