Mayo Invite (Winona (88) topped Rochester-Century (90) and RAACHE (107) for the girls team title. Chatfield (352) took 14th (of 17 complete). La Crescent/Hokah’s Maya Bartosova (19:08.7) and Hope Docan-Morgan (19:12.9) took first and second at the 5,000-meter race. Chatfield’s top finisher was Lexi Kivimagi (21:18.7) in 16th place (of 114 runners). Eastview (39) topped Winona High (52) for the boys’ team title. Chatfield (329) took 13th (of 13 complete). Eastview’s Luke Bakken (15:49.4) won said race over Winona’s Kedrick Boucek (16:10.8). Chatfield’s top finisher was Ben Peeters (18:08.6) in 30th place (of 107).)
Roy Griak Meet (In the High School Girls Gopher Competition, LARPH’s Caitlin Bauer (17:33.7) was champion over Chisago Lakes’ Annika Hall (17:43.5). Teammate Emily Helgemoe (19:56.1) finished 40th (of 237). LARPH’s team (455) took 19th (of 29). Sioux Falls-O’Gorman (107) topped Byron (125) for the team title. In the High School Boys Championship Race, LARPH (836) took 34th of 40 teams all classes from multiple states. Sioux Falls-Lincoln (165) was the team champion over Dowling Catholic/West Des Moines (227). Gilbert Iowa’s Logan Bleich (14:38.5) topped Cotter/HL’s Erik Semling (14:39.2) for the boys individual title. Brennan Kunst (15:37.4) was LARPH’s top runner in 43rd place (of 382). Said events were two of multiple 5,000-meters events ran at Fort Snelling Golf Course.)
