Constance Bicknese obituary, Fillmore County Journal

Constance Joyce (Mosher) Bicknese, 95 of Wykoff, Minn., died Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Traditions Memory Care of Preston. She was born September 14, 1927, to Harold and Laura Mosher. On December 6, 1947, she married William (Bill) Bicknese. They were married 72 years and were blessed with four children: Steven (Dianne Ramaker), Marilyn (Richard Erdman), Nancy (Michael Miller) and Joel (Joan Scheevel).

She is survived by her children, 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, a sister, June (Paul) Finke of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bill, a sister, Murlie Beese; a brother, Gordon Mosher; and a great-granddaughter, Scarlet.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Wykoff United Methodist Church on Sunday afternoon, May 21 at 2 p.m. A visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Chocolate desserts and coffee (Connie’s favorites) will be served in her honor at a reception following the service. The family prefers memorials to the Wykoff Historical Society or to Wykoff United Methodist Church.

Connie was instrumental in my growth in faith as I grew up in the Wykoff Methodist Church thru her example how she lived her life. She was my mentor on how to make the biscuits for the famous “Chicken pie supper’ by the Wykoff Methodist ladies. Thanks for all the memories my friend.
