Ruth Ferris says
I am Ruth Ferris, one of his eldest nieces’s, I didn’t get to know my Uncle Clayton very well because I moved away to Washington State at a young age. But I remember him growing up as a wonderful person. He was always kind and pleasant to be around. Him and his wife Mary were truly a special couple. They loved my parents dearly. They always came to our home on Holidays and special occasions. Clayton had the most precious smile and laugh. He never had an unkind word about anyone. I know that he is so happy now that he is with his Wife, Mom, Dad, and Brothers and Sisters up there in Heaven now. Boy that must have been quite a family reunion. And I am so happy he is not hurting anymore. God Bless all your family and may they be at peace at this special time! Be happy for him, I sure am! Yes he will be missed very much!!!!!!!!!!! I know Marions heart is very heavy right now and I wish I could put my arms around her and tell her she did such a Wonderful job taking care of him! Thank You for that Our Sweet Marion!
