LARPH runners Isaac Rasmussen, Trey Hegland and Grayson Speltz lead the pack at a home four-team cross country meet. The #3-ranked Card-Tro-Cane boys won said team competition with the above trio claiming the top three spots. Photo by Dawn Hauge:

Pine Island Meet (Lake City’s girls (61) topped Goodhue (83). Kingsland took 8th (of 9). Tiger Olivia Yotter (13:25) won the 3,300-meter run over La Crescent/Hokah’s Hope Docan-Morgan (13:38.6). Kingsland’s top finisher was Reeyin Lanning (14:59.7) in 13th place (of 58). Stewartville (52) topped Kasson-Mantorville (64) for the guys team title. Football: Extra Points Propel Houston Past #2 Spring Grove Each team scored three touchdowns. Houston converted all three extra-point plays; #2 in 9-Man Spring Grove converted none. Cross Country: LARPH Boys, LFC’s Rakosnik Show Well at Massive Luther Run LARPH’s boys are ranked #1 in state in Class A. LFC’s girls are ranked #6. Each squad plus Chatfield’s teams took on the massive Luther All-American Invite featuring top runners from all sized Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin schools.
