Cayden Lea scored 28 points as R-P’s #7 in Class A boys beat PEM 78-47. Cole Thompson scored 22 as R-P beat Kingsland 74-52 for their ninth win in a row. Max Erdman had 21 in defeat. LARP 31, Albert Lea 34 (In a tight dual with three lead changes and two ties, LARP led 15-6 after 127, but trailed 31-21 after 172. SG Tops King, GM, and R-P, Leads SEC The Spring Grove girls took sole possession of first place in the SEC with a 79-53 runaway win over Kingsland followed by a bizarre comeback 59-49 road victory at Grand Meadow. R-P School Board Holds First Meeting of 2025

For a second straight year, Chatfield wrestling grabbed the Bi-State team title, not only in the Division III portion, but overall. Girls Wrestling: Christenson’s Title Highlights Area Girls at Bi-State A year ago, at the first ever girls Bi-State wrestling tournament, GMLOS had five placers and Chatfield two.
