Minnesota unemployment rate at 3.1% February marks the first time annual total employment declined since July 2010
Minnesota lost 8,800 seasonally adjusted jobs in February and the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate increased to 3.1% according to figures released today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).
