Preston approves increase in ambulance per capita rate

At the March 6 meeting of the Preston City Council, a $3 increase in the ambulance per capita rate was approved starting in 2018. Mayor Kurt Reicks and Councilman Charles Sparks were absent. SWCD High School Scholarship deadline is March 31
