Stewartville Quadrangular > GMLOS 51, Triton 22 (Braxten Wiste (160), Drake Payne (189), and Colton Gardner (285) won by fall for the Bulldogs, Parker Armagost (121), Teague Alden (133), Timmy Hogfeldt (139), Dalton Pischke (145), and Ayden Stier (172) by forfeit, Cael Smith (127 > 10-7) by decision); GMLOS 30, Stewartville 41 (Armagost (121), Alden (133), Pischke (145), Wiste (160), and Payne (189) had pins for GMLOS. A tight match saw Stewartville win the first two to lead 12-0. The teams exchanged wins from 114 through 215. Payne’s pin at 189 gave the Bulldogs their only lead 30-29, but the Tigers had pins at 215 and 285 to claim victory); GMLOS 25, Goodhue 45 (Armagost (121) had a pin, Pischke (145) and Zac Gehling (152) won by forfeit, Smith (127 > 10-1) by major decision, and Wiste (160 > 8-3) by decision for GMLOS. Bulldogs > 0-0, 2-4)

Caledonia/Houston 19, Prairie du Chien 44 (Owen Denstad (144 > 20-5) won by tech fall, Aden Kulas (190 > 10-0) and Aiden Burns (113 > 8-0) by major decision, Braxton Lange (132 > 12-9 by TB-1) and Isaac Blocker (157 > 2-1 by TB-1) by decision for the Warriors. Cal/Hou > 0-2, 5-8)

Hopkins Girls Tourney (Chatfield’s girls (181) took fifth of 50 total teams across all classes. Apple Valley (392.5) topped Hastings (276) for the title. Chloe Berg (#2 at 124) went 2-1 (won two falls, lost 6-5 decision to Apple Valley’s #1 at 130 Andrea Quinones) and took second place. Grace Finley (#5 at 142 > won fall, lost fall, won fall) and Ivy Kester (148 > won fall, lost fall, won 11-10 decision) each went 2-1 to take third. Emily Bova (106) went 2-1 (lost 17-2 tech fall, won two falls) and took fifth place. Seven Gophers competed. LARP had three girls compete)
