Celebrating the season of giving, Valley Design employees posed before a collection of food and gift donations to be given to area families in need. The Sharing Tree fundraiser acquires donations throughout the year to support the Fillmore County Food Shelf and other charities. This time of year they process the bulk of their giving, including delivering over 5,000 pounds (seven skids) of groceries to the food shelf. To date this year, the fundraiser has sponsored 19 children through Christmas in Fillmore County, donated $3,600 in gift cards, presented a $5,130.66 check to the Fillmore County Food Shelf, and donated boxes full of toys, clothes, jackets and games.
