NOTICE OF CLAIMS BAR DATE
The Court has set July 29, 2022 as the Claims Bar Date for the submission of claims by investors in Bullard Enterprises LLC in the Receivership in this action. Any person or entity who invested funds with or in Bullard Enterprises LLC and believes they have a claim of any type against Bullard Enterprises LLC, must send a Claim Form to Nauni Manty, Court-appointed Receiver, to submit a claim. Do not file your claim with the Court. Claim Forms must be received by the Receiver on or before July 29, 2022 at 5:00 PM C.D.T. or you will lose your right to receive any distribution from the Receivership Estates and your claim will be forever barred.
