Track and Field (4/10)

Triton Meet (K-M’s girls (152.5) topped D-E (89.33), BP (82), and Chatfield (80.33). K-M’s boys (155) topped Albert Lea (132.33), Triton (102), D-E (96), and Chatfield (95.33). Lourdes, Hayfield, Medford, and Schaeffer also competed. For Chatfield’s boys, Ross Stoehr (110-hurdles > 17.00; 300-hurdles > 45.02) had two first places. Lane Schmaltz took first (Pole Vault > 11’6”) and third (400). The 4×200 (Brooks Lea, Schmaltz, Kash McBroom, Logan Pearson) took second. Maddex Lanning (1,600, 800) had two thirds. For Chatfield’s girls, Amelia Sladek (Shot Put), Savannah Peterson (200), the 4×100 (Sophia Goldsmith, Peterson, Natalie Davidson, Lillie Stejskal) and 4×200 (Addison Johnsrud, Peterson, Davidson, Stejskal) took second. Davidson (100-hurdles Pole Vault) and Stejskal (400) added thirds.) 

PEM Verne Herman Meet (Stewartville’s girls (140) topped LFCMC (89), La Crescent/Hokah (74), PEM (68.5), St. Charles (68), and R-P/H (64). SC’s boys (117.5) topped PEM (113.5), Stewie (98), Cotter/HL (84), LFCMC (68), and RPH (64). RACE and Caledonia/SG also competed. For LFCMC girls, Autumn Rakosnik (3,200 > 12:08.13), Elizabeth Clarke (Pole Vault > 8’6”), Charlotte Ferrie (Long Jump > 15’10”), and the 4×800 (9:16.45 > Kyla Hellickson, Lillyan Kiehne, Grace Kingsley, Rakosnik) took first. G-Kingsley (3,200) added a second place. For R-P/H’s girls, Caitlin Bauer took first (1,600 > 5:20.42) and second (800). Emily Helgemoe (800 > 2:24.17) also took first. Quinn Potter (P-Vault) and Abby Prinsen (Discus) took second. Jorja Meyer (Shot, Discus) had two thirds. C/SG’s top performer was Finley Wait (2nd 100). For LFCMC’s boys, the 4×100 (45.67 > Parker Krage, Quinci Kaase, Davis Penhollow, Adrian Rindels) took first. Krage (Pole Vault) added a second. Brody Niemeyer (Shot, Discus) had two thirds. For R-P/H’s boys, Isaac Rasmussen (1,600 > 4:27.61) took first. Aaron Ploetz (800), Hunter Rislov (400), Chace Drazkowski (Discus), and the 4×800 (Ploetz, Easton Johnson, Will Jewison, Brennan Kunst) took second.)

W-K Klas Kronebusch Meet (GMLOKS’ girls (171) won their second meet over W-K (115), K-W/Goodhue (94), Lake City (76), Cochrane-Fountain City (69), Z-M (58), and Alma-Pepin (8). Kloe Meyer had two first places (Shot Put > 37’1”; Discus 107’9”). Breeley Galle took first (100-hurdles > 16.34), had two seconds (300-hurdles, Triple Jump). Amelia McCabe (Pole Vault > 9’0”) and the 4×200 (1:59.11 > McCabe, Avery Stroup, Emma Lewison, Rylee Holst) also won. Caisa Kolling (Shot, Discus) and Brynlee Koenigs had two seconds (100, 200). Gracie Foster (100-hurdles), Maddy Montgomery (Long Jump), and Avery Payne (P-Vault) took second. GMLOKS’ boys (145) took second to Z-M (156) ahead of K-W/G (100), Lake City (69), Alma-Pepin (59), W-K (49), and C-FC (18). Tate Goergen (800 > 1:53.02) took first breaking his own 800-meter GMLOKS record. Brede Nelsen (P- Vault > 11’6”) and the 4×400 (3:41.04 > Hunter Hyde, Nathaniel Drees, Carter Glynn, Goergen) also took first. Bently Wiersma took first (Long Jump > 19’8”), second (200), and fourth (100). Hyde (400) and Drees (L-Jump) added second places, Glynn (400) a third place. Calum Sween (300-hurdles) took second. Ethan Schammel (P-Vault, L-Jump) had two third places.)
