Introducing “The Field Guide Podcast,” a series of conversations with local producers and industry professionals covering the issues currently facing local farmers in Minnesota.
Hosts Michael Cruse and Nathan Drewitz, local UMN Extension Educators, goal is to create an audio field guide similar to those you would normally find available at any Extension office. These guides cover a variety of different topics related to crop and livestock production and usually include helpful information for any farmer and those wishing to learn more about agriculture in general.
Listeners of this podcast will benefit from the many years of experience of our local farmers and the research based information provided by University of Minnesota Extension. Come join us as we highlight the successes and failures, pros and cons, and differing practices and ideas that make up our complex and incredible farming communities throughout Minnesota.
