Lloyd Alvin Krahn, 91, of Spring Valley, Minn., was born on November 21, 1928. So God made a farmer, and on the 29th day of August 2020, he went to heaven to farm the Golden Fields. Pay increase and hirings for Spring Valley Fire Department
At their August 24 meeting, the Spring Valley City Council approved a pay increase for members of the fire department, beginning September 1, and effective when they are paged out for calls.
