Behind O’Hare/ Rislov, LARP Boys Win Again

October 7, 2019 by Paul Trende

It always helps the team cross country score when your top two runners combine for a three.  For a second time this year, LARP boys top two went 1-2, egging the Tro-Cards to victory.   At the St. Charles Invite (at SC’s Golf Course), LARP (46) beat nearest foe, section competitor La Crescent (56), to claim the top spot.  Junior Luke O’Hare (17:23.9) won his fourth race of the … [Read more...]

Trojans Drop 60 in a Half

September 30, 2019 by Paul Trende

It was a mismatch from the beginning.  Cotter football is in a serious gulley.  R-P football is a strong program that has yielded good teams for decades nearly uninterrupted.  The score was going to be lopsided.  But the Trojans put 60 on the Ramblers, in the game’s first two quarters.  In a contest that had a one hour, forty-minute first half, and about a 40-minute second … [Read more...]

O’Hare/Rislov Lead LARP to PI Title
