Chatfield’s girls fell to #8 Goodhue 80-53 in a 1AA quarterfinal, as Wildcat sophomore Elisabeth Gadient had 31 points. The Gophers finish at 19-9. Chatfield boys basketball (7-seed, 16-10) held Zumbrota-Mazeppa (10-seed, 6-20) to just 35 points in notching a Round of 16 playoff win. The 2022 state wrestling tournament saw 12 kids from Caledonia/Houston, Chatfield, and GMLOS in action. Included was the first girls Minnesota state wrestling tournament. Gopher Teams Notch Big Wins
