NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of a Judgment made and entered Nunc Pro Tunc in the above-entitled matter on March 4th, 2020, by the District Court of Fillmore County Minnesota, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises herein after described, to satisfy the amount adjudged due the plaintiff in the above-entitled action from the defendants, as described in the Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Fillmore County Minnesota will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash as follows:

Haselrud’s addition to the City of Peterson and Lot 6, Block 3, City of Peterson, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Records in and for said County and State.

The property shall be sold, together with all improvements and buildings located thereon, and all rights, title, claim and demand of any nature whatsoever of the defendants in and to the mortgaged premises described above, or any part thereof; that all estates, rights, title and interest of any nature whatsoever, in any way belonging or relating to the mortgaged premises, together with all equipment, fixtures or other property of any kind whatsoever owned by the defendants and located on the mortgaged premises, and all leases and other agreements effecting the use of the occupancy of the mortgaged premises now or herein after entered into, the right to receive and apply rents, issues and profits from the mortgaged premises, and all the proceeds of the foregoing, together with the premises.
