ORDER FOR EXAMINATION OF TRUSTEES ACCOUNTS
FIVE YEAR HEARING
IT IS ORDERED THAT the trustee’s accounts of Charles M. Johnson, Jr. and the petition for examination thereof filed herein be heard on October 21, 2025 at nine o’clock a.m. via Zoom (see Notice of Remote Hearing) before this Court, at the Courthouse in Preston, Minnesota; and that this Order be served at least fourteen days prior to such hearing upon all interested parties, and by publishing a copy of this Order in the Fillmore County Journal at least 20 days before the date of the hearing.
Objections, if any, should be filed in writing with the Court, and a copy supplied to Charles M. Johnson, Jr., 18 SE 3rd Street, Chatfield, MN 55923.
