I, the undersigned, being duly qualified and acting Town Clerk of the Town of Arendahl, County of Fillmore, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify and affirm that on the 21st day of September, 2021, I caused to be posted an ordinance entitled “Ordinance Prohibiting The Use of Recreational Motor Vehicles Within The Township Road Right-Of-Way” that was passed by the Arendahl Town Board.
