The Spring Valley Township Planning Commission will be holding a Special Meeting to discuss a request from Patrick & Krystal Campbell for a variance for the sideline setbacks for Parcel ID# 350101010 located on Quilt Road near County 1. Setback on the west side will be 235 ft. and 147 ft. on the east side. The Township ordinance requires that it must be 250 ft.
The meeting will be held at the Spring Valley Fire Hall on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 7:00 PM. Please plan to attend if you want to voice your concerns or have comments to the SV Planning Commission. The SV Planning Commission will present their findings/recommendations to the SV Township Board at the regularly scheduled Board meeting on December 19th @ 7:00 PM at the SV Fire Hall.
