Spring Grove Public School ISD #297 will receive sealed bids for Asbestos Removal according to specifications.
Specifications will be made available electronically at QuestCDN.com on January 23, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., for a non-refundable fee of $22.00. The QuestCDN eBidDoc number is 9493590. Questions shall be referred to:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Spring Grove Public School, 113 2nd Ave NW, Spring Grove, MN 55974.
A Bidder’s Bond payable to Spring Grove Public Schools ISD #535, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid, shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the specifications. The successful bidder shall utilize Prevailing Wages and will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond.

Envelopes shall be clearly marked as “Bid for Phase 1 Asbestos Removal”. To be considered, all bids must be received no later than 11:45 a.m. on February 6, 2025. All bids will be opened and read aloud at the Spring Grove Public School.
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the contractor and subcontractors to maintain policies of employment under provisions of applicable Federal and State laws against discrimination, including, but not limited to, Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and Minnesota Statute 363.
The School Board of Spring Grove Public School ISD #297, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities or any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the opening without the written consent of the School Board.
