A pair of Brielles run hard to finish the girls 100-meter race at RPH’s track and field invite. Brielle Ruen (lane five) of LFCMC won the 100, as well the 200 and 400-meter races. Brielle Rasmussen (lane four) of RPH, took second at both the 100 and 200. The LFCMC girls won the team event over RPH.

Three Rivers Conference

Cotter 9, Fillmore Central/Lanesboro 0 (Falcons had two hits, 13 strikeouts. Ramblers had a 7-run fourth to break open a 0-0 game); FC/L 1 Cotter 16 [4] (Falcons had one hit. Jensyn Storhoff scored the only run (reached on hit by pitch). Cotter had an 11-run first inning) 

Caledonia/Spring Grove 4, Wabasha-Kellogg 1 (CSG: T. Lange 7 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 3 BB, 11 K, Win; Lydia Jennings 3-4, RBI; Brianna Stemper 2-3, 2B, 2 R; Paige Klug 1-2, 2B, 2 RBI; Madisyn Tessmer 2-4. Warriors scored three in the first two innings to lead 3-0, and then never trailed) 

Rushford-Peterson 0, Dover-Eyota 11 [5] (RP: Emarie Jacobson 1-1, 2B; Cassandra Boyum 2-2) 

St. Charles 6, Caledonia/Spring Grove 0 (C/SG: Braelyn Lange 4 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 5 K, No Decision; T. Lange 3 IP, 7 H, 6 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 5 K Loss. SC: Brenna Koeppel 7 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 15 K, Win; Lauren Delger 1-4, HR, 3 RBI, R. SC broke a 0-0 tie with one run in the fifth. They then scored five in the top of the seventh, aided by a trio of errors, and Delger’s 3-run HR) 

Plainview-Elgin-Millville 13, Rushford-Peterson 4 (R-P: Aviana Anderson-Ingram 3-4, 2B, 3B, RBI, 2 R; Ellie Ekern 2-4, R; Delaney Vaughn 1-3, 3B, RBI; Ava Drazkowski 1-2, R; E. Jacobson 4 2/3 IP, 6 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 9 K, No Decision. Bulldogs built a 12-0 lead after 2 ½ innings. Trojans > 1-5, 3-6) 

Dover-Eyota 11, Fillmore Central/Lanesboro 2 (FCL: Lauren Mensink 1-3, 2 RBI; Klaudia Biel/J. Storhoff 1-3, R. Falcons > 0-6, 0-6) 

LFCMC senior hurdler standout J.T. Rein hones in on the finish line of the 110-meter event, ahead of RPH’s Aaron Prinsen. Rein was the event champion, while Prinsen took second. Prinsen had a first and two seconds’ overall. RPH’s boys won their home meet over LFCMC.

Southeast Conference 

Lyle/Pacelli 6, GMLOK 5 (GM: Lucie Voight 2-4, RBI, R; Emily Miner 2-4, two 2Bs, RBI, R, 7 IP, 6 H, 6 R, 5 ER, 4 BB, 13 K, Loss; Alexys Harwood 1-3, R; Ashley Bundy 1-3, 2B, R; Lydia Voeltz 1-4, 2B, RBI. Game was tied 3-3 after three and 4-4 through five. L/P scored once in the sixth and once in the seventh to lead 6-4. GMLOK scored one in the bottom of the seventh and had the tying run on second but a ground-out ended it)

Mabel-Canton 9, Houston 1 (M-C: Gwen Tollefsrud 2-4, 3 RBI, R; Molly Lee 2-5, 2 RBI, 2 R; Emily Carolan 7 IP, 7 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, Win; Kira Snyder 2-3, RBI; Hope Erickson 2-4, RBI; Thea Snyder 1-4, RBI, R. H: Emma Chapel 3-4; Lilly Car 7 IP, 10 H, 9 R, 4 ER, 2 BB, 8 K, Loss. Cougars had a six-run third)

Schaeffer Academy 0, Houston 18 [4] (H: Olivia Yohe 3-3, 2B, 3 RBI, 2 R; Emily Botcher 3-3, 2B, 3 RBI, 3 R; Nicole Beckman 2-3, 2B, RBI, 3 R, 4 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K, Win; L. Carr 1-2, 3 RBI, 3 R; E. Chapel 1-1, 3B, 2 RBI, 3 R; Julia Carr 1-1, 2B, R. Houston scored 11 runs in the bottom of the first. Hurricanes > 2-3, 2-4) 

Non-Conference

Goodhue 19, Mabel-Canton 3 [4] (M-C: H. Erickson 2-2, two 2Bs, RBI, R; T. Snyder 2-2, RBI, R; Lainey Hosting 1-2, RBI.  Wildcats had a 14-run second inning) 

Lewiston-Altura 4, GMLOK 6 (GM: A. Harwood 2-4, 2 RBI, R; Brooke Kolden 1-2, 2B, 3 RBI; Audrey Webster 2-3; Ryley Guy 1-3, 2B, R; E. Miner 7 IP, 5 H, 4 R, 0 ER, 4 BB, 8 K, Win. Bulldogs benefitted from nine L-A walks. GMLOK broke a 0-0 tie with a 4-run bottom of five. They led 6-1 heading to the seventh.  L-A had the tying run on first base when the game ended. Bulldogs > 1-1, 4-3) 

Caledonia 2, Kasson-Mantorville 14 [5] (C: P. Klug 1-2, 2B, R. Komets had an 11-run third, scored 14 total runs on five hits, five Warrior errors, and eight Warrior walks)
