Seth was welcomed into the world on December 24, 2003. He was the best Christmas present we ever got. Seth died tragically due to a car accident on June 17, 2023.
Seth always had a big smile on his face. He loved hunting and going to Historical Rendezvous. He was good at throwing tomahawks and enjoyed it when he beat his dad. Seth graduated from Fillmore Central High School in 2022. He was involved in wrestling, cross country and choir. 4-H was also a big part of his life. He enjoyed showing pigs, rabbits, and cows at both the Fillmore County Fair and the Minnesota State Fair.
Seth started dating Abby in November 2021. Their love grew quickly and they were soon inseparable. Seth loved Abby with his whole heart and she loved him completely, too. She made him a better man and he was devoted to her. His big grin was always bigger when he was with her. Their love was very beautiful. They were building an amazing life with each other which included their many pets: Lucy, Archie, Bruno, Titos, and a tankful of fish. They loved traveling with each other — both alone and with family and friends. He absolutely loved their trips to both Florida and Maryland.
Seth is survived by his fiancé Abigail Nation, Houston, Minn.; parents Michael Rolfs of Preston, Minn., and Cindy (Stevens)Rolfs (Larry Welch) of Mabel, Minn.; siblings Marshall Rolfs, Hannah Rolfs, and Hope Rolfs; grandparents Lavonne Rolfs of Oelwein, Iowa, and Loren and Susan Stevens of Sumner, Iowa, and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parental grandfather Howard Rolfs.
