Consent Agenda and notices: verified claims and fund summary report, financial statement, police rev/exp report, utility funds recap, and PWD overtime report, EDA/RLF Loan Fund Recap/Housing Rehab Loans. Approve resolution authorizing application for ARPA recovery funds; approve closing Elm & Maie St. portions for bike rally and Fire Dept. fund raiser. Review Chamber and community updates, Rushford Festivities to be held at Creekside Park; review Ambulance flyer for EMR class; Dept. of Health Pool Inspection form.
Discuss with engineers FEMA levee certification and denial of LOMR request for parcels of property on Nannestad, Green, Grandview; refund fees paid by homeowners; wait for further guidance from FEMA.
Approve sale of vacant property at 110 W. Winona St. to Michael and Nicole Burk. Approve Resolution acknowledging donation from RCF and SEMIF for funds for Library summer program STEAM children’s program.
Closed meeting to discuss with EDA, potential purchase of Farmer’s WIN Coop; review offers/counter-offers and next steps. No decision, hold another closed session in June with EDA to review further.
