Request: Bid for Lease/Buy and costs associated for 9 copy machines located in four buildings.
Proposals: Proposals are due by noon, December 30,2021- may be sent by email to the email above or sent to the Fillmore County Administrators Office at P.O. Box 466; Preston, MN 55965- Attn: Bobbie Hillery
• Fillmore County is requesting proposals for the purchase or lease of 9 copy machines; please see bidding specifications sheet for requested specs for machines for proposal.
• Suppliers will be expected to provide lease and service agreements on all current machines, located as follows:
o Coordinator’s Office
o Attorney’s Office
o Assessor’s Office
o Auditor/Treasurer’s Office
o HighwayOffice
o Sheriff’s Office
o Social Services
o Public Health
o Veterans Service Office/Extension (2 machines) will only need 1 for proposal
• Provide a seamless transition to the new machines, by March 2022
• Ensure cost efficiency by furnishing actual copies/prints used and perform consistent account reviews.
• Charges will be assessed based on black print when printing in black and color print when printing in color with actual cost per copy.
• Provide service and technical support in a timely manner
• It is expected that all suppliers provide a comprehensive solution that meets or exceeds the request.
• Fillmore County reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals.
