Cloud 1/Cloud 1 Services, LLC (Cloud 1) proposes to construct a 250’ self-support tower (254’ overall) along Garden Road in Harmony, Fillmore County, Minnesota (Job #62765).
In accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement, Cloud 1 is hereby notifying the public of the proposed undertaking and soliciting comments on Historic Properties which may be affected by the proposed undertaking. If you would like to provide specific information regarding potential effects that the proposed undertaking might have to properties that are listed on or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and located within 3/4 mile of the site, please submit the comments (with project number 62765) to: RAMAKER, Contractor for Cloud 1, 1955 Atwood Avenue, Suite 202, Madison, WI 53704 or via e-mail to history@ramaker.com within 30 days of this notice.
Cloud 1 is filing an FCC ASR Form 854 for a new self-support tower located along Garden Road, Harmony, MN 55939, Fillmore County; Latitude 43-32-34.3° North and Longitude 092-00-12.3° West. The height of the tower is 77.4 meters above ground level and 475.2 meters above mean sea level. The tower will include MDUAL lighting. Interested persons may review the application for this project at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering Antenna Structure Registration (Form 854) file number A1339312 and may raise environmental concerns about the project by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. Requests for Environmental Review must be filed within 30 days of the date that notice of the project is published on the FCC’s website. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
